East Coast Thing registration must be submitted by March 31st 2025 for the early rate ( 3 day: $165)
Cost rises on April 1st 2025 (3 day: $180.00).

Children are free regardless of how many days their parents/guardians attend.
All registrations and payments must be submitted not later than May 2nd 2025.

Cabins are kids summer camp cabins holding approximately 10-12 people. Everyone in a group (expressed above) will have the same cabin unless you request otherwise. The cabins do have climate control.

We are in need of volunteers for the festival. Please check any areas you are willing to volunteer.

You will need to either submit a check or money order to the address e-mailed to you. or do an ACH payment via your bank, or send money via Zelle (ask us how to do this).

Once you hit submit you will be sent to the waiver that is required to fill out before registration is complete.

East Coast Thing Waiver*

I agree to the East Coast Thing Waiver Below

I hereby state my intention, along with my parties intention, to participate in
the 2025 EAST COAST THING, May 9-11, 2025. I am cognizant of the
hazards to my person and additional registrants and property presented by such participation, and fully and
completely assume such risks solely to myself, holding all others harmless from
liability for such damages or injury as I may suffer thereby. Especially we do hold
harmless the ECTeam, the Thing staff, and the Staff and Management of the YMCA Camp West Mar. Finally we understand and agree that the ECTeam may, at its discretion,
revoke admission to the 2024 East Coast Thing without refund due to illegal,
dangerous, or disruptive behavior.
